Job summary

Multilink in Elyria, OH is seeking a Test Technician for the Power Department to follow detailed work instructions, perform unit tests, and document test values per customer specifications. You will read electrical schematics to troubleshoot with the supervisor and fellow technicians, ensuring product performance and quality compliance.

The role requires IPC-610 certification or equivalent and a MEMS associate’s degree or higher, plus experience with ESD control, blueprint interpretation, and 5S

Qualifications

• IPC-610 certification or equivalent is required.
• MEMS associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with ESD control program is required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/shop drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and tests completed units to ensure functionality and adherence to product specifications.
• Identifies failure points and collaborates with supervisor to troubleshoot units.
• Reads PCB schematics and assembly drawings to diagnose issues.
• Records test values and documents results per customer specifications.
• Maintains accurate test records and clean, safe work area following 5S practices.
