As an Electrical Test and Assembly Technician II at Inversion, you will report directly to the Manager of Arc Vehicle Avionics. You will install, integrate, test, and troubleshoot flight avionics hardware on the Arc hypersonic reentry vehicle, including flight computers, power systems, navigation sensors, radios, remote I/O, instrumentation, and electrical harnessing. You will execute detailed build and test procedures, support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and vehicle integration campaigns, and work directly with avionics engineers, manufacturing, and vehicle integration teams to deliver reliable, flight-ready electrical systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong electrical craftsmanship, disciplined execution, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
The California hourly rate for this role is $32 - $47. Pay Grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and internal equity.
