The successful candidate will develop and revise curricula, administer assessments, and ensure timely completion of all required documentation while maintaining strong communication with students and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years electrical experience.
• Licensed electrician is a plus.
• Experience delivering courses in a learning environment or other group training setting.
• Candidates should be able to work independently, be self‑directing, have good verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Lecture class on safety, electrical power, electrical theory, household and industrial wiring, switches, troubleshooting of electrical circuits AC/DC using visual aids.
• Deliver technical product knowledge and skill-based instruction, including certification and customized curricula for the customer.
• Implement revisions to course material to actively engage participants to maximize learning.
• Administer written and practical assessments to evaluate trainees' performance.
• Complete and submit required documentation and ensure attendance records are kept.
