Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to support the build, integration, and testing of UAV and prototype electronic systems. The role is temp-to-hire with ASAP start.

You will read schematics, fabricate wire harnesses, assemble PCBs, and verify wiring with multimeters and oscilloscopes. 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience and a proactive approach are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical/electronics experience.
• Experience with wire harnesses, crimping, and connector termination.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with PCB assembly or rework.

Responsabilidades

• Build and modify wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Cut, strip, crimp, solder, splice, and terminate wiring.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and engineering drawings.
• Assemble and install connectors, terminals, PCBs, sensors, and electronic components.
• Perform basic PCB rework and soldering.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment.
• Perform continuity, polarity, resistance, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot wiring, connector, power, and electronic issues.
• Support prototype modifications, bench testing, and system integration.

Electrical Technician – UAV / Prototype Electronics

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician for temp to hire,supporting the build, integration, and testing of advanced UAV and prototype electronic systems.

We need someone who can start ASAP.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and modify wire harnesses and cable assemblies

• Cut, strip, crimp, solder, splice, and terminate wiring

• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and engineering drawings

• Assemble and install connectors, terminals, PCBs, sensors, and electronic components

• Perform basic PCB rework and soldering

• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment

• Perform continuity, polarity, resistance, and functional testing

• Troubleshoot wiring, connector, power, and electronic issues

• Support prototype modifications, bench testing, and system integration

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on electrical/electronics experience, ideally involving:

• Wire harness or cable assembly

• Crimping and connector termination

• Soldering

• Electrical or electromechanical assembly

• Reading schematics and wiring diagrams

• PCB assembly or rework

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Multimeter and test equipment use

Experience with UAVs, avionics, robotics, aerospace, automotive electronics, IPC-A-610, or IPC/WHMA-A-620 is a plus.
