Must Haves:

• 5+ years of industrial machinery experience.
• Proven ability to program Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs from scratch.
• Hands-on field wiring experience (valves, solenoids, HMIs, etc.).
• Strong experience working with servo systems.
• Demonstrated project leadership — technical decision-making and team guidance.
• AutoCAD Electrical skills (minimum basics, advanced ideal).

Nice to Have:

• Fanuc or ABB robot programming experience.
• Mechanical knowledge for installation and integration.
• Prior experience leading cross-functional project teams.
