Job summary

Koch Foods in Morton, MS is hiring an Electrician/Maintenance Technician to repair electrical and electronic equipment in our manufacturing plant, install and inspect electromechanical systems, and perform high‑voltage switching and generator operation to keep production running.

You will lead a maintenance team, document work performed, and ensure safe operation while working around live lines and production environments.

Qualifications

• Electrical certification or completion of an electrical apprenticeship required.
• Experience with methods, equipment and materials in the electrical trade.
• Solid understanding of electrical theory applied to circuits and power generation.
• Experience with PLC units and controls in a manufacturing setting.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical and electronic equipment in a manufacturing plant.
• Install, inspect, maintain and repair electromechanical and solid state equipment.
• Perform high voltage switching and operate generators to support operations.
• Lead a maintenance work party and document work performed.
• Record and document maintenance performed; perform other related duties.
