Job summary

What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Ideally, 1+ years of industrial experience in a technical or operations field (mechanical or electrical)
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel between locations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends; subject to call‑out and overtime
  • Ability to complete NexTech Skill Sets I and II
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
  • Critical thinking and sound decision‑making skills

  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather, lift up to 75 lbs, climb up to 60 ft, and distinguish colors
  • Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Completed apprenticeship and/or Associate or Technical degree in a related field
  • Experience in industrial maintenance or pipeline operations
  • 3+ years of industrial field operations experience, with 2+ years as a mechanical/electrical technician
  • 1+ years of experience as a Pipeline Technician
  • HAZWOPER training, forklift licensing, or other relevant state licenses
