Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years hands-on electrical trade experience or 3+ years teaching electrical programs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools and safety practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for student engagement.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Teach electrical theory and lab activities in classroom and lab.
• Ensure instruction aligns with industry standards, codes, and workforce expectations.
• Instruct on proper and safe use of tools and equipment per OSHA standards.
• Maintain and update lesson plans and lab activities with program leadership.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and performance in school systems.
• Enter grades and required documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure classrooms and labs remain clean, safe, and fully equipped.
