Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician/Inspector for a first shift in Middleburg Heights, OH. The role focuses on inspecting and testing electrical products to ensure conformance with customer specs and internal quality standards.

You will perform Hi-Pot and insulation resistance tests, read schematics, document results, and collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues. Permanent placement may occur based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical or trade school education preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electrical products and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform dielectric withstand (Hi-Pot) testing and insulation resistance testing.
• Verify finished products meet established inspection and testing requirements.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and report defective or nonconforming products.
• Accurately record inspection results, testing data, and quality documentation.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain product standards.
• Safely operate electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all established safety procedures and quality control guidelines.
