Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a fulltime maintenance technician for our Chester, SC facility to uphold safety standards and perform troubleshooting across plant systems.

You will work with a team to dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools, maintain a clean shop environment, and follow the company’s Life Critical Program. The role requires extensive electrical work experience, lockout/tagout proficiency, PLC troubleshooting, and familiarity with Siemens equipment.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with Lock-Out-Tag out procedures; PPE arc rated clothing up to 8 cal/cm2.
• Able to wear PPE Arc Rated clothing up to 40 cal/cm2 when doing electrical work.
• Familiarity with plant safety and PM practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow the IKO Life Critical Program while on site.
• Align with IKO core values and maintain a coachable attitude.
• Maintain a clean work environment in maintenance and production areas.
• Safely dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools.
• Utilize Maximo CMMS and Modula storeroom systems.
