Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support on-site operations in our Chester, SC facility. You will apply Lock-Out-Tag out procedures, maintain a clean maintenance shop, and safely dismantle/reassemble equipment using hand and power tools.

You will use Maximo CMMS and Modula storerooms, troubleshoot PLC-driven systems, and assist with plant utilities and electrical components as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with Lock-Out-Tag out procedures.
• Ability to wear PPE Arc Rated clothing and perform electrical work.
• Flexibility to shift times and climb stairs/ladders.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a production environment.
• Familiarity with plant utilities, transformers, and motor control.
• Knowledge of PMs and repairs with upper level technicians.

Responsibilities

• Understand and practice IKO Life Critical Program on site.
• Maintain clean work environment in maintenance shop and production area.
• Safely use hand/power tools to dismantle and reassemble equipment.
• Utilize Maximo and Modula systems for maintenance logistics.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-driven equipment and sensors.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical/electronic components and circuits.
