Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• 1–4 years in electrical trade in institutional, industrial, or commercial sectors.
• Experience with lighting systems incl exterior, highbay, troffer retrofits, and related controls.
• Must pass government background check, drug test, and site pre-access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Foreperson and project management to schedule materials and equipment.
• Install lighting and electrical systems per drawings and specs.
• Layout, fabricate, install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems and raceways.
• Train Level 1 Technicians to enhance installation knowledge, productivity, and safety.
• Maintain safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
