Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 5 years of prior experience in manufacturing testing
• Effective communication across all functions
• Detail-oriented with good documentation
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Follow safety procedures
• Time management and problem solving
• Basic computer skills (files, email)
• Proficiency with test equipment: meters, variacs, power supplies, ductsors, megger, hi-pot, calipers

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical components
• Design, fabricate and implement test set ups to meet testing requirements
• Perform failure analysis of various components
• Perform fit, form, and function comparison analysis of replacement components
• Qualification of components for safety related nuclear applications
• Testing and troubleshooting with oscilloscopes, multimeters, wave generators and related equipment
• Additional duties assigned by management
