You'll diagnose electrical issues, partner with Manufacturing, Quality and Product Engineering to implement lasting solutions, and help improve assembly processes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Knowledge reading electronic diagrams and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Strong electrical/electronic problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral work instructions.
• Travel less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Root Cause Analysis: understand schematics and use troubleshooting tools.
• Containment and Corrective Action: coordinate with engineering groups.
• Documentation of defects, root cause, and resolution with Quality Engineering.
• Assist in training operators on standard work and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering groups to improve routings and installation procedures.
• Part/Process Assessment: evaluate conformance to standard work and identify improvements.
