Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
• Experience in terminations (aluminum and copper wiring).
• Knowledge of NEC and grounding practices.
• Able to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• OSHA safety compliance knowledge.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the shop on time as directed.
• Maintain and properly store tools and equipment.
• Proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials.
• Accurately organize materials and tools to maintain a clean work area.
• Direct/train helpers in proper work practices.
• Understand and apply LOTO procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Plan and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
