Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles, part of Terex Corporation, is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician. You will install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical components for ambulances, reading drawings and testing to ensure specifications are met.

The role requires hands-on experience with 12V DC and 110V AC systems, use of standard tools, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and use measurement devices (volt meters, test lights).
• Understanding voltage, current, and resistance.
• Familiar with 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
• Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of electrical components.
• Troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry.
• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
• Test product to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, orders, or reports.
