Daikin Applied Americas Inc in Staunton, VA is hiring for a Manufacturing Electrician on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm). Starting wage is $37.51 per hour plus a $2.30 shift differential, with a climate controlled facility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work requests.
• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift, push, pull materials and stand for long periods.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, understand, and work from drawings, sketches, schematics, CMM work requests, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction
• Work with a variety of raw and synthetic materials
• Operate tools and equipment to move, install, maintain, diagnose, and repair machinery and facilities
• Maintain required records
