Job summary

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is seeking a Full-Time Electrical Technician to support maintenance across park facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems, ensuring safety for guests and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in the electrical trade or vocational training, a state Journeyman License, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is 28.00 USD per hour with benefits including PTO and park tickets.

Full-Time Electrical Technician - Busch Gardens Williamsburg

What you get to do:

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all electrical equipment and wiring
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees
• Repair general lighting and power circuits as well as miscellaneous electrical devices
• Install lighting and receptacle circuitry in existing structures, as well as in new additions
• Organize and plan daily workload without direct supervision
• Deliver consistently dependable performance
• Adhere to all safety policies and requirements
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required
• Other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least three years of experience or vocational school training in the electrical trade
• State Journeyman License
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain a company driver’s license
• Excellent communication and math skills
• Comfortable working at heights up to 100 ft.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull 100 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to climb and work off of ladders
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in any weather/temperature condition
• Shift flexibility
