  • Ensure proper assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in robots and manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to maintain high efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Play a critical role in validating electrical designs and ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Enable smooth integration of electrical systems into manufacturing workflows as we scale production from prototypes to multiple units per week.

WhatKindofPersonAreWeLookingfor:

  • Strong background in assembling, wiring, and testing complex electrical systems, including PCB (printed circuit board) assembly.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic components, including actuators, sensors, circuit boards, and PCBs.
  • Experience with industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs and HMIs, is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Meticulous approach to maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance in electrical work.
  • Proactive and resourceful in diagnosing and fixing electrical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with cross-disciplinary teams to address manufacturing and product challenges.
  • Comfortable working on the factory floor, assembling and troubleshooting complex systems, including PCB-based subassemblies.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing manufacturing operation.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an electrical technician or similar role, preferably in robotics, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Certification or technical training in electrical systems, electronics, or PCB assembly is highly desirable.
