- Ensure proper assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in robots and manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to maintain high efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Play a critical role in validating electrical designs and ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Enable smooth integration of electrical systems into manufacturing workflows as we scale production from prototypes to multiple units per week.
WhatKindofPersonAreWeLookingfor:
- Strong background in assembling, wiring, and testing complex electrical systems, including PCB (printed circuit board) assembly.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic components, including actuators, sensors, circuit boards, and PCBs.
- Experience with industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs and HMIs, is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Meticulous approach to maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance in electrical work.
- Proactive and resourceful in diagnosing and fixing electrical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-disciplinary teams to address manufacturing and product challenges.
- Comfortable working on the factory floor, assembling and troubleshooting complex systems, including PCB-based subassemblies.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing manufacturing operation.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an electrical technician or similar role, preferably in robotics, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing.
- Certification or technical training in electrical systems, electronics, or PCB assembly is highly desirable.
