About the Role
As an Electrical Technician, you will play a key role in themechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and preparationof advanced industrial X-ray systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble capital equipment based on engineering drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions
Fabricate components including cutting, drilling, and tapping
Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and panel termination
Power up systems and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Program motion systems using PLCs and VFDs
Prepare systems for shipment and ensure quality standards are met
Complete ISO 9001 documentation and maintain accurate inventory records
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S standards
Adhere to company waste management and recycling policies
Work overtime and weekends as needed
Qualifications
Minimum1 year of experiencein mechanical/electrical assembly or a related field
Associate degreeorspecialized technical trainingpreferred
Strongmechanical and electrical aptitude
Proficient inreading blueprints and electrical schematics
Knowledge offabrication and assembly techniques
Skilled in thesafe use of hand and power tools
Excellentattention to detail
Strongcommunication skillsand ateam-oriented mindset

Compensation Information:
The pay rate for this role is $26-$32 an hour, depending on education and experience.
