In this role you will maintain, modify, and troubleshoot machine PLC controls and processes to improve production
efficiency, reduce waste, and increase reliability. Work with various phases of automated controls
projects such as: design, estimating, implementing, modifying, and troubleshooting. Participate in
Electrical Preventive Maintenance program to maintain the integrity of electrical infrastructure.
Demonstrate safe electrical work practice.
Maintain / troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic machine controls to
increase productivity and quality.
Assist maintenance and production with problem solving efforts.
Work with the Engineering and Maintenance teams to increase equipment reliability.
Perform calibrations on critical sensors.
Troubleshoot PLC logic, HMIs, and Networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus)
Actuate load break switches on electrical distribution equipment (13.8kV – 480V) and rack in /
rack out distribution breakers (13.8kV – 480V) – Safe electrical practices are strictly followed
