Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) seeks an Electrical Engineering Technician to support the Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) Engineering Team in Philadelphia. The role covers operation, maintenance, and installation of DAS programs and pre-installation planning for upcoming components.

You will identify and report improvements to the DAS Team. The position is in-office in Philadelphia and requires a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain before start.
HS Diploma + 3 years related experience or AA/2-year technical degree with 1 year related experience.
Comfort working with electrical equipment including LV and MV switchboards, generators, transformers, and load centers.
Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment, no less than 30 lbs.
Ability to work on ladders, aboard ships, shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment and systems.
Reviews and redlines schematics, engineering drawings, and written instructions.
Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
Performs terminations, runs wiring, and installs conduit.
Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments and replacements as directed.
