Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electrical Systems Equipment Support Tech to serve as an engineer technician for equipment supporting MARFORSOC operations at Camp Lejeune. You will diagnose and repair motors, electronic modules, and motor control circuits, while reading and assisting with wiring blueprints and cantonment plans.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, HS diploma or GED, and an active Secret clearance. Travel occasional; night/weekend work may be required. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electric motors, electronic modules and motor control circuits
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and specifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain electrical equipment used in garrison and training operations
• Read, decipher and assist with base camp cantonment plans and wiring blueprints
• Apply modifications and dispatch equipment per policies and procedures
