Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, builds high-quality assemblies and enjoys creative problem-solving.
  • Expert level understanding of electronic components, electronics design, troubleshooting complex systems, and the ability to distinguish wire colors.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs., maneuver in tight spaces, work extended hours/weekends as needed, and travel up to 10%.

Required

  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a passion for mastering new technologies
Desired
  • Associate’s or technical degree preferred; IPC-A-620, IPC-J-STD-001, or FAA certification standards are a strong plus
  • Experience with electrical systems quality inspection
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies (Toyota Production System, Kaizen)
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $39-$52/hr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
