Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in system requirements analysis and design.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., RS422, MIL-STD-1553).
• Knowledge of military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810).
• Experience with CAD tools and electrical schematics.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with customers to define and document system requirements.
• Translating requirements into hardware/software/system designs.
• Ensuring systems work as intended through rigorous testing and validation.
• Monitoring supplier performance for compliance and integration.
• Providing ongoing support for deployed systems.
• Investigating new technologies for potential use.
