Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3 years of relevant experience or 6 years with high school diploma or equivalent.
• FE exam completion preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu; strong knowledge of engineering design and codes.

Responsibilities

• Performs intermediate design calculations and develops system layouts with supervision.
• Prepares drawings, schematics, and reports; reviews shop drawings for conformance.
• Collaborates on project coordination, scope, and client communication to ensure design alignment.
• Mentors less experienced designers and supports project delivery within Henderson's guidelines.
