Job summary

Tiltedge Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to govern requirements, architecture, and verification across vehicle programs. You will define testable, traceable requirements and drive decisions that reduce complexity while aligning with business and technical objectives.

You will collaborate with global teams and suppliers, own safety and verification artifacts (ISO 26262), and mentor engineers to ensure robust, launch-ready architecture and seamless integration

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and software integration.
• Experience with Functional Safety and ISO 26262 processes.
• Ability to author requirements, test cases and ensure traceability.
• Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, decomposition, and governance of electrical system requirements and architecture.
• Set architecture principles and standards to reduce complexity and enable reuse.
• Identify architectural gaps and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Own Functional Safety work products and verification artifacts for ISO 26262 compliance.
• Define verification strategies across supplier, bench, HIL, and vehicle validation environments.
• Provide strategic technical leadership and mentor design engineers and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders; occasional early-morning meetings may be required.
