Base pay range

$117,400.00/yr - $153,400.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee electrical system studies and analysis for clients across the United States.
  • Support the Electrical System Studies program, providing guidance on system study services, departmental standards, and policies.
  • Manage teams of electrical engineers, fostering growth through technical training, innovation, and adoption of new tools and software.
  • Act as the primary client contact, collaborating with technical leads to gather data, clarify project execution, and review comments.
  • Oversee engineering deliverables, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and other disciplines to drive project success.
  • Contribute to business development by providing technical input for proposals, attending conferences, and industry committees.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical system studies.
  • Experience managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with power systems software such as PSS E, PSCAD, CYME, ETAP, SKM.
  • Experience with advanced technical studies including power flow analysis, short circuit analysis, stability, harmonics, and protections for generation and renewable sources.
  • Ability to communicate findings effectively with clients and industry audiences.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
