Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead plant electrical activities, troubleshoot power distribution, instrumentation, and controls across multiple MCCs and PLC platforms. This role provides hands-on leadership to electricians, contractors, and operations personnel on site.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, reliable operation of electrical systems and leading capital and maintenance projects with a focus on uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience (implied by role)
• Experience with PLC diagnostics and automation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across 4160V, 480V, 240V, and 120V equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems, including transmitters, sensors, and control valves.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, I/O, and communication issues and support automation improvements.
• Lead electrical and controls work for capital and maintenance projects, ensuring safe installations and modifications.
