Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Supervisor - Electrical to lead electricians and contractors in the safe and cost-effective installation and maintenance of surface and underground electrical systems. The role reports to the General Foreman - Stationary & Electrical and translates plans into actionable daily shift plans, directing execution with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with five years of industrial or mine electrical maintenance experience.
• Assoc or bachelor's degree in electrical technology/engineering with two to four years of electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electricians and contractors in safe, reliable installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Turn approved schedules into Daily Shift Plans and direct execution.
• Review work packets for scope, hazards, permits, and materials before assignment.
• Coordinate outages, isolations, and interfaces with other teams for commissioning.
• Ensure documentation of work performed, labor, materials, and equipment condition.
• Manage timesheets and payroll-related entries.
