Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a 1-year contract in Juno Beach, FL. You will lead on-site electrical activities, coordinate with EPCs and subcontractors, and report progress and safety metrics daily.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical construction, knowledge of electrical codes, and experience with project management/scheduling software. Strong teamwork and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within electrical construction.
• Knowledge of the latest electrical technologies and trends.
• Experience with electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Understand drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
• Collaborate in a TEAM environment.
• Verify that drawings, submittals, and specifications are accurate.
• Understand SCADA and fiber optics.
• Understand electrical and fiber testing, IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOCs, et.
• Work with the EPC, sub‑contractors, operations teams, and other on-site staff.
• Report on progress, quality control and safety (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Use Unifier to record, name, and upload electrical installation QC photographs.
• Facilitate the RFIs with the EPC and site engineering.
• Perform inspections of equipment to verify proper installation.
• Review project completion documentation.
• Collaborate with safety, engineering and quality control teams.
• Assist field commissioning and turnover.
• Build strong relationships with the EPC and others on site.
• Maintain safety as the number one priority on site.
