Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC in Fort Laramie, Wyoming, seeks a Journeyman Electrician for a demanding heavy civil electrical construction role on our infrastructure projects. The position requires a Wyoming license, 5+ years of experience, and the ability to handle high and low voltage systems including 15kV distribution and fiber optic networks.

You will work a 20-days-on / 10-days-off rotation, pass pre-employment screenings, and maintain NEC, MSHA, and OSHA standards on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License and Wyoming reciprocity preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or heavy civil electrical construction.
• Experience with 15kV high voltage distribution systems.
• Experience with 480V/120V low voltage, PLC controls, and fiber optic splicing/termination.
• Ability to perform load calculations and read electrical diagrams (including ladder logic basics).
• Knowledge of multifuntional testing/metering devices and NFPA 70E/LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including 13.2kV project power, substations, and tunnel lighting.
• Troubleshoot Digger Shield electrical components, tunnel ventilation fans, and dewatering pumps.
• Install and maintain project-wide fiber optic networks and datalines.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and ensure NEC, MSHA, OSHA standards are met.
• Maintain daily logs and project reports; uphold safety culture.
