The Electrical Supervisor role at John Holland is a critical position within our projects, focusing on precision and safety in electrical works. This role is uniquely crafted to provide the successful candidate with a structured pathway to develop into a Test and Commissioning specialist.
With an openness to change and adaptability being key, the successful applicant needs to be comfortable with relocating every swing, which may involve moving camps or changing networks across a variety of projects from minor to major in scale. While having prior supervisory experience in the rail industry would be advantageous, it is not essential.
This FIFO role is based in the Pilbara, operating on a 2 and 1 roster from a Perth POH, with remote working allowances applicable.
