Physical Requirements:
To be successful in this position, the employee must be capable of regularly using their hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, as well as reaching with hands and arms. Effective communication skills, including the ability to talk and hear, are essential. The role requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing between 10 to 75 pounds on an occasional basis. The employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk regularly. Specific vision abilities necessary for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
The work environment for this position involves performing tasks in residential properties, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs. The employee will frequently be required to stand, squat, and sit for extended periods. There is moderate exposure to physical risk, and the employee must occasionally ascend and descend ladders and maintain balance. The ability to work in various residential settings and adapt to different physical conditions is crucial for success in this role.
