Reside Living in Chicago is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of assigned properties, ensuring safe and clean environments for residents and clients.
You will assist the Building Engineer, address issues, coordinate with vendors, and perform preventative maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service across Chicago’s neighborhoods.
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: 40 hours per week and overtime as needed. Must have availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week and be on-call for emergencies.

JOB BRIEF
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of their assigned property(ies). This involves ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents, customers, and clients. It is the Maintenance Technician’s duty to assist the Building Engineer to anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems.
