Job summary

LPI Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of earthing and Lightning Protection projects. You will lead a team of technicians, act as the site safety representative, and ensure high-quality delivery while fostering strong client relationships.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to manage the site team, meet project expectations, and uphold health and safety standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites in construction.
• Electrical background and knowledge of lightning protection systems.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with strong client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of various earthing & Lightning Protection projects, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work plans and procedures to ensure effective utilisation of resources, labour and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess quality of work, identify maintenance needs and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Coordinate with the site team to resolve any issues promptly and minimise disruptions to client operations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration and professional development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients and Project Managers, understanding their needs, addressing any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for the site team and clients, acting as Safety Representative

The Site Supervisor, is also the designated site safety representative. The primary focus will be to ensure the efficient delivery of projects, maintain high-quality standards, adhere to health & safety standards, and foster positive client relationships. What you'll need

• Proven experience in construction industry or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites
• Electrical background
• Strong understanding of lightning protection systems, electrical engineering principles, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and team‑building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a customer‑centric approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in English
