Job summary

LPI Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance across multiple sites, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and strong client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of Lightning Protection Technicians, ensure health and safety compliance, and act as the site Safety Representative while coordinating with Project Managers and clients to meet project expectations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience overseeing multiple sites in construction or similar industries.
  • Electrical background and familiarity with electrical safety.
  • Strong knowledge of lightning protection systems and related practices.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong client relationship management and service orientation.

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work plans to optimize resources and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and identify corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with site team to promptly resolve issues and minimize client disruption.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance work environment and support professional development.
  • Serve as main point of contact for Clients and Project Managers and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols, acting as Safety Representative.

About The Role

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance of various sites and leading a team of Lightning Protection Technicians. The Site Supervisor, is also the designated site safety representative. The primary focus will be to ensure the efficient delivery of projects, maintain high-quality standards, adhere to health & safety standards, and foster positive client relationships. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial in successfully managing the site team and delivering project expectations.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of various earthing & Lightning Protection projects, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work plans and procedures to ensure effective utilisation of resources, labour and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess quality of work, identify maintenance needs and implement appropriate corrective measures.
  • Coordinate with the site team to resolve any issues promptly and minimise disruptions to client operations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration and professional development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients and Project Managers, understanding their needs, addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for the site team and clients, acting as Safety Representative
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in construction industry or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites
  • Electrical background
  • Strong understanding of lightning protection systems, electrical engineering principles, and construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Fluency in English
