  • Establish technical standards, troubleshooting methods, and workmanship expectations for all electrical and I&C job types.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs for electrical, controls, and instrumentation assets.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems, MCCs, VFDs, PLC hardware, sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and gas detection systems.
  • Ensure accurate and complete work documentation in SAP, including PM updates, corrective actions, failure codes, and parts usage.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and EHS to reduce downtime, improve system performance, and support equipment commissioning.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), technical reviews, and reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strict adherence to NFPA 70E, NEC, arc flash requirements, and MP safety standards.
  • Coach, develop, and support the growth of Electricians and I&C Technicians.
Basic Qualifications
  • Certified Industrial Electrician Program or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of industrial electrical and/or instrumentation experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or senior-level maintenance experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting capability across electrical distribution, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Experience interpreting schematics, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Qualities
  • Safety-first mindset.
  • Hands-on leadership style.
  • Strong technical judgment.
  • High ownership and accountability.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
