Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a wastewater treatment plant project in Gresham, Oregon. Lead subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and manage electrical tasks from procurement to commissioning.

The role requires a strong background in heavy civil and municipal wastewater projects, with emphasis on safety, scheduling, and field leadership. On-site work in Oregon with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role overseeing heavy civil projects and/or municipal wastewater treatment plants projects greater than $5M.
• Expertise in electrical project work.
• Prior experience with I&C and commissioning & start up activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical support to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Field Superintendents to ensure activities are executed efficiently.
• Procurement – Coordinate with PM and PEs to ensure all materials needed to perform specific tasks are procured and available when needed.
• Coordinate with PM to assist in determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary facilities and controls.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and ensure safety compliance on site.
