Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of field construction supervision experience; 10 years preferred.
Strong background in utility-scale solar construction.
Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC and IEEE standards.
Experience with MV testing and terminations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise field operations and maintain safety, quality, and schedule.
Manage project CPM schedules and coordination with owners, engineers and subcontractors.
Lead and develop field personnel, including foremen and crews.
Coordinate procurement, material tracking, and equipment logistics.
Prepare daily reports, attend progress meetings, and ensure timely close-out.
