Job summary

Amteck is seeking traveling Electrical Field Supervisors to lead electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality across installations, repairs, and maintenance. You will coordinate service assignments and provide technical guidance to resolve complex electrical issues while maintaining thorough documentation.

You will mentor field technicians, collaborate with project managers and clients, ensure OSHA compliance, and stay current with industry codes to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and electricians.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
