Job summary

Amteck is seeking a highly skilled Traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to oversee field crews on diverse electrical projects. You will supervise electricians, coordinate service assignments, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety and quality at every site.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in electrical field service, and the ability to work with project managers and clients. Willingness to travel and adapt to varying schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles with strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with focus on delivering quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with clients, project managers, and electricians.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders, equipment records, and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, identifying and addressing skill gaps through coaching and development initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations, ensuring the team's knowledge and skills are current.
