Job Summary

We are currently looking for a skilled Superintendent / Project Manager – Commercial Projects to join our team and lead commercial construction projects from the ground up. If you’re passionate about construction leadership, client relationships, and delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise field operations, subcontractors, and materials on-site
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with local codes and regulations
• Communicate with clients, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) on job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Occasional travel between job sites and Team Kline office locations
• Must be able to climb ladders and access various parts of construction sites
• Must wear PPE and comply with all safety procedures at all times
