Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is actively seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction crews on-site across the U.S. for utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects. Expect 8–12 month assignments at project sites with 100% travel and relocation as needed.

Role requires 5–10+ years of relevant experience, strong electrical knowledge, and excellent coordination skills. Travel lifestyle and on-site work are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience supporting construction of major projects, preferably utility-scale or power projects.
• Solar PV, wind, or BESS project experience preferred.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices (AC/DC/MV, commissioning).
• Experience with MS Project or comparable project management tools.
• Strong communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred).
• Willingness to travel full-time (100% nationwide).

IMPORTANT: Travel & Relocation Requirement

• 100% nationwide travel isrequired
• You willrelocateto project sites for 8–12 months at a time
• This is a fully on-site, field-based role
• Candidates must be comfortable with aproject-to-project travel lifestyle

SUMMARY

This is an evergreen opportunity supporting upcoming solar and BESS EPC projects across the U.S. Electrical Superintendents are placed on project sites for the duration of the build (typically 8–12 months) and then transition to the next project.

Thisisonsite, workingon the projectsite,working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm local timeor other working hours the site mayestablish. Overtime and weekend working hours will berequiredas needed.

EXAMPLE OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.)
• Able to walk or movecontinuouslywhile carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials.It is recommended to getassistanceto lift items over 50 lbs
