Electrical Superintendent – Multi-Site Projects

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our growing team. If you pride yourself on leading field operations, enjoy the dynamic environment of multi-site commercial projects, and are ready to lead from the front, this could be your next opportunity.

In this role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various commercial project sites in North Carolina and South Carolina. Flexibility for overnight travel may be required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems installation, maintenance, and repair in commercial buildings
• Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to plan system layouts
• Testing and inspecting electrical systems for optimal performance
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, performing repairs or replacements
• Collaborating with other trades to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar leadership role
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Proficiency with hand tools and electrical testing equipment
• Understanding of high-voltage systems and safety practices
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
