Electrical Superintendent- Mission Critical- Traveler (AFG)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
  • Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers, and project programs such as Safety, Quality, and EEO.
  • Develop work plans, coordinate project site activities, and lead meetings.
  • Manage project schedule, budget, and costs, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards and support project closeouts.
  • Participate in project pursuits, negotiations, and staffing.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
Additional Responsibilities for Superintendent 2
  • Manage complex stand-alone projects from start to finish.
  • Identify and manage project risks, and oversee project deliverables.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years field supervision.
  • Experience with Lean principles preferred.
Working Environment & Benefits
  • Valid driver’s license required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.
