Our Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) focuses on cutting-edge projects in Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing sectors, including Data Centers and Semiconductor facilities. Key Responsibilities - Core
  • Lead safety culture and promote an injury-free environment, investigating incidents and retraining staff as needed.
  • Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers, and oversee programs such as Safety, Quality, and EEO.
  • Develop work plans, coordinate project site activities, and lead meetings including daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation management.
  • Support project closeout activities and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in project pursuit processes and negotiate project changes with owners and architects.
  • Recruit top talent and promote diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
Additional Responsibilities - Superintendant 2
  • Manage complex projects from start to finish, including scheduling, safety, and quality.
  • Identify and manage project risks, and oversee deliverables and project pursuits.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years construction experience, with 3+ years in field supervision.
  • Experience with Lean principles preferred.
Working Environment
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel, and work in various conditions and hours.
