Qualifications

• Safety leadership and NFPA 70E compliance emphasized.
• Experience leading PLC/automation teams in a mill or plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical team, PLC engineers, and technicians to ensure uptime and safety.
• Develop and manage maintenance plans; optimize mill performance.
• Mentor staff; train PLC/technical group in troubleshooting and programming.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-team communication across shifts.
