Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent managing large scale projects.
• Deep understanding of NEC and local codes.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Physical ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including all things electrical scheduling.
• Ensure job site safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Track job progress, production, quality, and cost metrics.
• Handle field documentation including timesheets and daily reports.
• Ensure projects are built according to plans and codes.
• Mentor and develop field staff while promoting a team-first culture.
• Participate in project planning meetings and safety briefings.
