The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials while supervising labor positions. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction and at least 2 years of experience in a Mission Critical environment are required. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial construction experience in a Mission Critical environment.
• Has a valid driver's license and is able to travel to the project site.
• Understands and applies building codes and design requirements correctly.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all direct labor positions on the assigned project.
• Coordinates procurement of tools and materials to conform to work schedules.
